Murphy’s Lagh is back again at the Pheasant and Quail this week end, Fri. May 18th & Sat. May 19th. This trio keeps you tapping your foot and dancing with their wonderful Irish Music. Damian Brennan and Zoe Robertson with their fiddles, mandolin, cello, and drums will totally inspired to get up and dance all night . Damian Brennan was introduced to music at an early age. For kids in 1960s Ireland music was a necessary distraction from “the troubles.” Damian was fortunate to receive penny whistle instruction from a famed player and it stirred something in him. The result has been a lifetime of following his musical passion. I joined him at a coffee shop In Chilliwack, BC to reminisce.
